Biesse Service can monitor the machine while it's running, generating real time actions to resolve any possible problems
IoT - SOPHIA takes the interaction with Service to a higher level. It provides a continuous connection with the Biesse control centre, the option of calling for assistance from within the customer app (with requests managed as a priority), and a diagnostics and performance check. IoT offers a comprehensive overview of machine performance, with remote diagnostics, machine stoppage analysis and fault prevention.
PARTS - SOPHIA is the easy, intuitive and personalised new portal for ordering Biesse and Intermac spare parts. It creates the spare parts purchase basket, checking the price list and warehouse availability in real time, and the progress of the order can be tracked right up to the time of delivery. The platform can also suggest a list of emergency or recommended spare parts.
